Maybe it’s not my time now – Shikhar Dhawan
During a conversation on Sports Tak, Shikhar Dhawan reacted to not getting a chance in Test and T20. he said, “To be honest, I’m not disappointed by it. According to me, everything has its time and maybe it is not my time. Maybe something is missing in me and I am not able to do what the team needs. I am in a very good space at the moment and trying my best. When I play in IPL, I try my best to do well. If I do well there, I might have got a chance. Everything else depends on the selectors. I try to keep myself fit and I am ready whenever the opportunity comes.“
Earlier, Virat Kohli’s childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma had given a big reaction to Shikhar Dhawan not getting a chance in T20 matches. He had said that Shikhar Dhawan was ignored very soon by the selectors in T20.
