He became the captain of India at the age of 24 years 248 days and broke Dhoni’s record. In fact, before Pant, MS Dhoni was the youngest wicketkeeper to captain India at the international level. Dhoni captained India in the year 2007 against Scotland at the age of 26 years and 68 days. Now Pant has come at number one in this case while Dhoni has slipped to number two. Whereas Rahul Dravid is at number three on this list.
