The Nepalese Canadian Cricket Club (NCCC) held a grand jersey unveiling ceremony at the Everest Taekwondo facility in Brampton, signaling a thrilling start to their upcoming season in the Mississauga Cricket League Division 1 and Division 2. The event was a resounding success, drawing club members, fans, and notable community figures to celebrate the team’s fresh look and the exciting cricket season ahead. Club president, Amrit thapa expressed his enthusiasm for the new season, stating, “Our new jerseys symbolize the unity and spirit of our team. In addition to competing in the Mississauga Cricket League’s top two divisions this season, the NCCC also announced the organization of the NCCC Cup, set to take place on August 17 and 18. Coach Binod Shrestha highlighted the team’s preparation and goals, “We have been training rigorously and are confident in our abilities to perform well in both Division 1 and Division 2.
